1、定義:

液體通過濾(lv)渣(zha)層和過濾(lv)介質必(bi)須(xu)克服阻力(li),因此在過濾(lv)介質的(de)兩側必(bi)須(xu)有壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差,這是實現過濾(lv)的(de)推動力(li)。增大壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差可以(yi)加(jia)速(su)過濾(lv),但(dan)受壓(ya)(ya)后變形的(de)顆(ke)粒(li)在大壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差時易(yi)堵塞(sai)過濾(lv)介質孔(kong)隙,過濾(lv)反而減(jian)慢(man)。

懸浮液過(guo)濾有濾渣層過(guo)濾、深層過(guo)濾和(he)篩(shai)濾 3種方式。

①濾(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)過濾(lv):過濾(lv)初期過濾(lv)介質(zhi)只能截留大的固體顆粒,小顆粒隨濾(lv)液穿過過濾(lv)介質(zhi)。在形成(cheng)初始濾(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)后(hou),濾(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)對過濾(lv)起主要作(zuo)用(yong),這時大、小顆粒均被截留,例如板框壓濾(lv)機的過濾(lv)。

②深層過濾:過濾介質較厚(hou),懸浮液中含固體(ti)顆粒較少,且(qie)顆粒小(xiao)于過濾介質的孔道(dao)。過濾時,顆粒進入后(hou)被吸附在(zai)孔道(dao)內(nei),例如多孔塑料管過濾器(qi)、砂濾器(qi)的過濾。

③篩濾(lv)(lv):過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)截留的(de)固體顆粒(li)都大(da)于過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)介質的(de)孔隙,過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)介質內部不(bu)吸附固體顆粒(li),例如轉筒式過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)篩濾(lv)(lv)去污水中的(de)粗粒(li)雜質。在實際的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中,三種方式常(chang)常(chang)是同(tong)時或相繼出現(xian)。

常用的加(jia)壓過(guo)濾(lv)是利用濾(lv)室容積變小或施加(jia)機械壓榨(zha)力進行過(guo)濾(lv),濾(lv)渣含濕量較低,適用于固體顆粒濃(nong)度高的懸浮(fu)液(ye)(ye)。在帶(dai)式壓榨(zha)過(guo)濾(lv)器中(zhong),經重(zhong)力或真空初(chu)步脫(tuo)液(ye)(ye)后的濕濾(lv)渣夾在兩(liang)條濾(lv)帶(dai)之間移(yi)動,再經輥子擠壓脫(tuo)液(ye)(ye)。螺旋(xuan)壓榨(zha)過(guo)濾(lv)機具有帶(dai)孔隙(xi)的圓筒(tong),其中(zhong)有旋(xuan)轉的螺旋(xuan),螺旋(xuan)槽深不等,物料(liao)由深槽端(duan)加(jia)入推向(xiang)淺槽端(duan),濾(lv)室空間逐漸減小,物料(liao)受到壓榨(zha),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)由圓筒(tong)的孔隙(xi)排出,濾(lv)渣由小端(duan)排出。

5、選(xuan)型(xing)要素(su):

1、進出口通(tong)徑:

原(yuan)則(ze)上(shang)過濾器的進出口通徑不應小于相(xiang)配套的泵的進口通徑,一般與進口管路口徑一致(zhi)。

2、公稱壓力:

按照過濾管路可能(neng)出現的最(zui)高壓力確定過濾器的壓力等級。

3、孔(kong)目(mu)數(shu)的(de)選擇(ze):

主要(yao)(yao)考慮需(xu)攔截的雜(za)質粒徑,依據(ju)介質流程工藝要(yao)(yao)求而(er)定。各種規格絲(si)網可攔截的粒徑尺寸(cun)查下表“濾(lv)網規格”。

4、過濾器(qi)材(cai)質:

過濾器的(de)(de)材質(zhi)一般選擇與所連接(jie)的(de)(de)工藝管(guan)道材質(zhi)相(xiang)同,對于不(bu)同的(de)(de)服(fu)役條件可考慮(lv)選擇鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)、碳(tan)鋼(gang)、低合金(jin)鋼(gang)或不(bu)銹鋼(gang)材質(zhi)的(de)(de)過濾器。

5、過(guo)濾器阻力損失(shi)計算(suan)

水用過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi),在一般計算額定流速下,壓力損(sun)失為0.52~1.2kpa

6、選型注意點:

選用濾油器時,要考慮下列幾點:

⑴過濾(lv)精(jing)度應滿(man)足預定要(yao)求(qiu)。

⑵能(neng)在(zai)較(jiao)長(chang)時間內(nei)保持足夠的通流能(neng)力。

⑶濾芯具有足夠(gou)的強度,不因液壓的作用而損壞。

⑷濾芯(xin)抗腐蝕性能好(hao),能在規定的溫(wen)度下(xia)持久(jiu)地(di)工作。

⑸濾(lv)芯(xin)清洗或更換簡便(bian)。
