1、定義:

過濾器(filter)是輸送介質管道上不可缺少的一種裝置,通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥 ,方工過濾器其它設備的進口端設備。過濾器由筒體、不銹鋼濾網、排污部分、傳動裝置及電氣控制部分組成。待處理的水經過過濾器濾網的濾筒后,其雜質被阻擋,當需要清洗時,只要將可拆卸的濾筒取出,處理后重新裝入即可,因此,使用維護極為方便。

液(ye)體通過濾(lv)渣層和過濾(lv)介質(zhi)必(bi)須克服阻力(li),因此在(zai)過濾(lv)介質(zhi)的兩側必(bi)須有壓力(li)差,這(zhe)是實現(xian)過濾(lv)的推動(dong)力(li)。增大(da)壓力(li)差可以加速過濾(lv),但受壓后變形的顆粒在(zai)大(da)壓力(li)差時易堵塞(sai)過濾(lv)介質(zhi)孔隙,過濾(lv)反而減慢。

懸浮(fu)液過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)有濾(lv)(lv)渣層過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)、深層過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)和篩濾(lv)(lv) 3種方(fang)式。

①濾(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)過濾(lv)(lv):過濾(lv)(lv)初期過濾(lv)(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)只能截留大的固體顆(ke)粒(li),小(xiao)顆(ke)粒(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)液穿過過濾(lv)(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)。在形(xing)成初始濾(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)后(hou),濾(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)對過濾(lv)(lv)起主(zhu)要作用,這時大、小(xiao)顆(ke)粒(li)均被截留,例如板框(kuang)壓濾(lv)(lv)機(ji)的過濾(lv)(lv)。

②深層(ceng)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv):過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介(jie)質較厚,懸浮液中含固體顆粒較少,且顆粒小于過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介(jie)質的孔道。過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)時,顆粒進(jin)入(ru)后(hou)被吸附(fu)在孔道內,例(li)如多孔塑(su)料管過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)、砂濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。

③篩濾(lv)(lv)(lv):過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)截留的固體顆粒都大于過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介(jie)質的孔隙,過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介(jie)質內(nei)部不吸(xi)附固體顆粒,例如轉筒式(shi)(shi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)篩濾(lv)(lv)(lv)去污水中(zhong)的粗(cu)粒雜質。在實際的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),三種(zhong)方式(shi)(shi)常(chang)常(chang)是同時(shi)或相(xiang)繼出現。

3、性能特(te)點:

1、進出口通徑:

原則上過濾器(qi)的(de)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)通徑(jing)不(bu)應小于相配(pei)套的(de)泵的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)通徑(jing),一般與進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)管路(lu)口(kou)(kou)徑(jing)一致。

2、公稱壓力:

按照(zhao)過濾管路可能出(chu)現(xian)的最高壓力確(que)定過濾器的壓力等級(ji)。

3、孔目數的(de)選擇(ze):

主(zhu)要(yao)考慮(lv)需攔截的雜(za)質(zhi)粒徑(jing),依(yi)據介質(zhi)流程工藝(yi)要(yao)求(qiu)而定(ding)。各種規格(ge)絲網可攔截的粒徑(jing)尺寸查下表“濾網規格(ge)”。

4、過濾器材質:

6、選(xuan)型注意點:

選(xuan)用濾油(you)器時,要考慮(lv)下(xia)列幾點(dian):

⑴過濾精度應(ying)滿(man)足預定要求。

⑵能在較長時間內保(bao)持足夠(gou)的通(tong)流(liu)能力。

⑶濾芯具有足夠(gou)的(de)強度,不因液壓的(de)作用而(er)損壞。

⑷濾(lv)芯抗腐蝕性能好,能在規定的溫(wen)度下持久地(di)工(gong)作。
